To compete in the Miss Rhode Island Outstanding Teen Scholarship Program, you must meet the following requirements:

 

● Must be at least 14 by the first day of the state competition, June 1, 2025

● Must not be older than 18 years of age by June 1, 2025;

● Must be single, never married; Must live, or attend school full time in Rhode Island;

● Must be a U.S. Citizen; Must meet character criteria as set forth by the Miss America Organization;

● Must be able to meet the time commitment and responsibilities as set forth by the Miss R.I. program should you win the title.

● Must register and pay a $39.99 registration fee on the Miss America website.
