As the publisher of the 2023 Miss Rhode Island Program Book, the Miss RI Scholarship Organization is hereby authorized by the advertiser and/or its advertising agency to include their advertisement in the advertising space as indicated on this form. Upon receipt of invoice the advertiser and/or its agency agrees to pay at the rate and conditions agreed upon in this form. The Miss RI Scholarship Organization reserves the right to make final decisions concerning the acceptance and content of advertising. If payment is not received by the time the program books goes to print, ad will not be printed in the book.
